How do I open a Nuvei account?

Before opening a personal Nuvei account, we strongly advise checking whether you are eligible to do so here.

If all the requirements are met, please find the guidelines of the registration process below:

1. To begin registration, go to our sign-up page here.
2. Enter your email address, select “I have read and agreed to Nuvei’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” box and click “Next”.
   
   If you would like to also receive updates about our offers, recommendations and other services, please select both boxes.
   
   
3. As the next step, you will be asked to verify your email address.
   
   Please locate the email, which will be sent to the provided email address and click ”Verify Email”.
   
   
   
4. Enter your first name, last name and select your *citizenship. If you have more than one citizenship, you can add it by clicking “+Add” button located at the bottom right part of the window.
   
   *Please be aware that by citizenship we are referring to your nationality which is provided on your identity document.
   
   
5. Select your country phone code by clicking on the small arrow at the left of the field, enter your phone number and click “Next”.
   
   
   
6. Create the password that you will use to access your Nuvei account.

7. Provide your residential address by filling in the required fields and clicking “Next”.
   
   
   
8. For the next stage of the onboarding process you will be required to complete the identity verification process in real time by taking a picture of your identity document. Please click the button “Next” and select the available document type.

9. Take a picture of the identity document you would like to submit and click “Upload”.
   
   Kindly note that national ID cards require two pictures: the front side and the back side of the document.
   
   
10. To proceed with the identity verification process, please take a selfie and submit it by clicking “Upload”.
    
    If you encounter any issues with the camera of your device during the verification process, please attempt the troubleshooting steps found here.
    
    
11. After successfully completing the identity verification process, you may be asked to complete a quick personalized questionnaire about your employment status, source of income, etc. Please select the answers accordingly and click “Next”.
    
    
12. When the registration process is completed successfully, you will see the following message:
