To experience a smooth and streamlined transaction process, please see the guidelines below:
- Before initiating the purchase, please make sure that your Nuvei account is not suspended, has an IBAN assigned to it and the necessary balance available to complete the transaction by logging into your account here.
- In order to start the buying process, please click on the “Buy Crypto” button, which can be found on the main dashboard of your account.
- After clicking the “Buy Crypto” button, you will be redirected to the next page where you can enter the details of purchase. Please select cryptocurrency type, amount and provide a wallet address to which the cryptocurrency should be delivered and click “Continue.”
Please be aware that certain cryptocurrencies may also require an additional MEMO or Destination Tag, which will usually be given by your wallet provider.
- As the next step you will be asked to select your preferred payment method. To complete the purchase using your Nuvei account balance, please select “Global bank transfer (SEPA & SWIFT)” and click “Continue”.
Please be informed that the amount of cryptocurrency that you will receive after fees can be found under ”Order summary”, located at the top part of the window.
The Nuvei fee for processing purchases using Nuvei Accounts through our partners' platforms is 0.5% or 1% if the purchase is issued directly from www.simplex.com. of the total payment amount.
- In the next window you will be asked to log in to your Nuvei account again. Please enter your account details and verification code received via SMS, and then click “Verify” to proceed to the last step.
- During the final step, please confirm your purchase by entering the new verification code that will be sent to you via SMS and click “Approve.”
- If the payment has been successfully processed, you will be presented with the following message:
