Below is a list of countries participating in SEPA and SEPA Instant.
From these locations, you should be able to issue SEPA and SEPA Instant transactions, thus enabling the possibility to create and successfully use the Nuvei account: 

EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Non-EU countries:

UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and the Vatican City.

You can check if your bank supports SEPA Instant here: https://www.iban.com/ 

Copy your IBAN into the search bar. You will see if SEPA instant is supported under “SCT-INST”.
