2. Add no-reply@simplexcc.com and support@accountsnuvei.zendesk.com to your email contacts list
3. Make sure that you have inserted all the details correctly in all fields
4. Clear your browser cookies and cache, and disable VPN and browser extensions
Also, please kindly note that if you have had multiple emails from Nuvei in regards to verification, they might be grouped up. You can find those threads by using the search function in the inbox and searching for various keywords, such as:
- “Nuvei”
- "Password"
- "Reset"
