How long does the Branded card delivery take and can I track it?

The expected delivery date is 21 days after ordering the card.

There is no option to track your card delivery. In case the card is not delivered 21 days after being ordered, please contact our support team: 

• Live chat at  the bottom right side of any page that you are on. 
• Submit a ticket through our support center

Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
