You can have only 1 active Branded card at a time.
Before ordering a replacement card, your old card has to be locked and terminated:
Kindly be informed that the Branded card reissuing fee is 9 EUR.
To order a replacement card you can contact our support team via:

- Submit a ticket through our support center
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
