What to do if my funds are on hold?

In order to check the funds on hold, log in to your account here, on the main screen you will see the transaction as pending transfer.

The withheld funds are usually released within 5 business days. 

If the funds are not released after 5 business days, please Submit a ticket through our support center by providing the amount, date and place of payment. Please set the ticket’s subject as ‘Unreleased funds’.
