What to do if my funds are on hold?

To check the funds on hold, log in to your account here.

If you have a transaction as a pending transfer, you will see your funds on hold. The withheld funds are usually released within 5 business days. 

If the funds are not released after 5 business days, please submit a ticket through our support centre and provide the amount, date, and place of payment. Please set the ticket’s subject as ‘Unreleased funds’.
